100% digital controllers are standard on all models for the
highest temperature accuracy of heat transfer oil, material
and heated hose. All control functions are located in one
central area on the curbside of the melter.
Integrated Diagnostics
The digital controllers continuously monitor temperature sensors.
Should a problem occur, the heating system is immediately shut
down and the display indicates the fault code.
